The following terms and conditions govern your Account and use of Services with HealthStyle Co., LLC. By signing up for the Health Nerds NBC-HWC Study Course and products, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Final Access Deadline November 30, 2025

Due to the NBHWC content outline change effective January 2026:

No adjustments or refunds will be provided for any products or course enrollments purchased on or after July 2, 2025.
All course access and product availability for purchases made on or after July 2, 2025, will end on November 30, 2025, following the final 2025 NBHWC exam period.
No exceptions can be made.

1. Refund Policy:

We strive to provide high-quality educational content and resources to our students. However, please carefully review our refund policy before enrolling in any of our courses or purchasing products. By enrolling/purchasing, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below:

No Guarantees:

We do not guarantee that enrollment in our courses or purchase of products, services, and offerings will result in passing any associated exams, certifications, or assessments. Success depends on individual effort, dedication, and a thorough comprehension of the course material and the NBHWC Content Outline.

Refund Policy – HealthStyle Co. LLC

Your satisfaction with The Health Nerds (HealthStyle Co., LLC) and our services (e.g., Health Nerds Course, other products, or services) is our top priority. However, due to the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and providing our services and materials, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

Unless otherwise required by law, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

That said, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. To support your success, we may be able to adjust opportunities, such as allowing you to retake the course or extend your course access period, in extenuating circumstances if the Health Nerds course, product, or service was purchased before July 2, 2025.

All course access and product availability for purchases made on or after July 2, 2025, will end on November 30, 2025, following the final 2025 NBHWC exam period.

Please plan your study schedule accordingly to ensure completion before access is discontinued.

Refunds:

a. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

b. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, inability to complete the course, or dissatisfaction with course content.

c. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of HealthStyle Co. LLC. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 15 days of course enrollment, purchase of product or service.

Access Duration:

a. Course, products, and service access is granted for a duration of 120 days from the date of enrollment if purchased before July 2, 2025.

b. Requests for extension of access beyond the specified duration may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Extension requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least 15 days before the expiration of the original access period. Extensions are not guaranteed and are subject to approval by the HealthStyle Co. LLC.

c. All Health Nerds Course enrollments and products or services purchased on or after July 2, 2025 Expire November 30, 2025. NO EXTENSIONS will be approved.

Terms and Conditions:

a. By enrolling in our courses or purchasing a product, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.

b. Course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and assessments, are provided for educational purposes only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit permission from the HealthStyle Co. LLC.

c. The Health Nerds reserves the right to modify course content, materials, or access duration without prior notice.

d. Enrolled students are responsible for ensuring they meet any technical requirements necessary to access course materials and participate in online activities.

e. The Health Nerds is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of course materials or participation in course activities.

f. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
